Steph and Jake welcomed their guests from across the country to the Northeast by hosting a traditional lobster bake on the rocky coast of Maine. Nestled on a peninsula in York, Maine, the close to 360 views of the ocean provided the ideal location for an authentic New England Al fresco dining experience. The design was as quintessential coastal New England as it gets with floral linens, rattan and wicker textures, and an abundance of big blue and white hydrangea throughout. Other fun details included personalized lobster bibs, corn hole, marquee light letters, watercolor stationery, and a grand entrance of photos of the couple growing up. The menu included New England favorites such as clam chowder, steamers, muscles, corn on the cob, and of course, fresh local lobster. Guests enjoyed their cocktails amongst the ambience of bistro lighting and pop country music, a favorite genre of the couples’. To cap the evening, the dance floor and bellies were full and everyone was excited for what was to come on Steph and Jake’s wedding day.
