A few thoughtful notes before we begin our journey together.
Q: How far in advance should we reach out for wedding planning services?
A: Most of our couples begin planning 12 to 18 months ahead of their wedding weekend. That said, we do occasionally accept projects with shorter timelines, particularly for destination or estate weddings, if there’s alignment and availability.
Q: Do you offer partial planning or event management?
A: We offer full-service planning exclusively. Our process is highly personalized and involves every detail, from creative direction to logistics and guest experience. We believe true seamlessness comes when our team is involved in every layer, from song selection and menu curation to paper suite production and on-site execution.
Q: How many weddings do you take on per year?
A: We plan no more than 8 weddings annually. This ensures each of our couples receives the highest level of care, attention, and creative direction throughout the planning journey.
Q: What types of weddings do you specialize in?
A: We specialize in luxury coastal weddings across the Northeast, from private estates to storied yacht clubs, from Cape Cod and Newport to the coasts of New Hampshire and Maine. Our events are timeless, tailored, and rooted in legacy. We work with couples who are deeply connected to the region and value tradition, family, and refined, personal design.
With a background in corporate consulting and finance, Lia brings a rare blend of logistical expertise and emotional intelligence, offering grounded guidance, creative vision, and unwavering support throughout your planning experience.
“Lia was organized, kept us on track through the planning process, and was in command throughout the wedding day. She started the process with a beautiful design board based on our conversations and then brought them to life working with some incredible vendors. I cannot imagine navigating putting together a wedding without her.”

Boston, MA
Tia & Nick’s first dance, framed by a conservatory built entirely from the ground up.
A glass-paneled ceiling, soft draped walls, a statement chandelier overhead, and a bold checkered floor anchoring the room, each element layered with intention, creating a space that feels both refined and immersive.
Equal parts structure and atmosphere. A moment that feels as elevated as it looks.

Building a conservatory tent is an entirely different level of production.
We’re not just installing a tent — we’re building a structure. A fully custom venue, designed from the ground up.
The process starts nearly a week before the event. What begins as an open lawn quickly turns into an active job site, with flooring going in, the structure being raised, power being run, and every foundational element carefully installed before design even begins.
Because with a conservatory tent, every single decision matters.
Flooring type sets the tone and functionality of the space. Lighting fixtures define the atmosphere as the sun sets. Draping softens and transforms the structure. Furniture and layout shape how guests move, gather, and experience the night. Every layer is intentional, and every choice impacts the overall feel.
It’s complex. It’s detailed. It requires thoughtful planning across every vendor involved.
But that’s what makes it so special.
You’re not walking into a venue; you’re creating one. One that is completely tailored to the couple, the setting, and the experience they want to share.
And when it all comes together, it doesn’t feel like a tent at all.
It feels like it was always meant to be there. ✨

What you’ll find me doing in the hour before guests enter the tent…
Perfecting every last detail.
Obsessing over each design element.
Walking the space (again and again), taking it all in.
Greeting the band.
Reviewing timing and formalities with the MC and catering team.
Prepping my team for what’s ahead.
And finally… revealing the tent to the couple.
That moment never gets old. Watching their reaction, seeing them take it all in, noticing the details we’ve poured so much into. We laugh, we cry, we soak it all in together.
Truly one of the best parts of what we do!
