A few thoughtful notes before we begin our journey together.
Q: How far in advance should we reach out for wedding planning services?
A: Most of our couples begin planning 12 to 18 months ahead of their wedding weekend. That said, we do occasionally accept projects with shorter timelines, particularly for destination or estate weddings, if there’s alignment and availability.
Q: Do you offer partial planning or event management?
A: We offer full-service planning exclusively. Our process is highly personalized and involves every detail, from creative direction to logistics and guest experience. We believe true seamlessness comes when our team is involved in every layer, from song selection and menu curation to paper suite production and on-site execution.
Q: How many weddings do you take on per year?
A: We plan no more than 8 weddings annually. This ensures each of our couples receives the highest level of care, attention, and creative direction throughout the planning journey.
Q: What types of weddings do you specialize in?
A: We specialize in luxury coastal weddings across the Northeast, from private estates to storied yacht clubs, from Cape Cod and Newport to the coasts of New Hampshire and Maine. Our events are timeless, tailored, and rooted in legacy. We work with couples who are deeply connected to the region and value tradition, family, and refined, personal design.

Welcome to Camp Greenwood 🌲
To kick off their wedding weekend at The Lake Estate on Winnesquam, Jaime & Dalton welcomed everyone to “Camp Greenwood”, a lakeside evening inspired by everything you love about summer camp. A beer canoe, “The Happy Camper” signature cocktail, fireside s’mores, and a tablescape layered with organic textures, earthy tones, and thoughtfully curated wildflowers that looked as though they had been gathered from the surrounding lakeside.
It was intentionally relaxed. A chance to trade formalities for conversation, welcome every guest who traveled to celebrate, and settle into the weekend together before the wedding day arrived.
The best welcome parties don’t just greet your guests. They immerse them in the story you’re about to tell.

Ariel & Danny were gifted a well-deserved bluebird day at Chatham Bars Inn, where the Cape delivered its very best. Against the backdrop of blue skies and the Atlantic beyond, every detail was intentionally woven together to tell their story.
From a memory walk of family photographs lining the boardwalk as guests made their way to the reception, to countless thoughtful details that celebrated the people and moments that shaped them, this wasn’t simply a beautiful wedding—it was a celebration filled with meaning.
Watching months of thoughtful planning transform into a day that felt so effortless is always the greatest reward. And hearing afterward, “I wouldn’t change a thing,” is a reminder of why we pour so much heart into what we do.
